Nabajyoti High School, Kerjenga started in 2000 by the Society of the Divine Word and later it was given to The Divine Word Educational Society. The school is recognized by the Government of Odisha and follows the syllabus provided by the Board of Secondary Education, Cuttack. The school has 423 students of which 99% of the students in this school belong to ST, SC and other weaker sections of the society. The school has also two hostels attached to it, one for tribal boys and the other for girls.
New Orissa Higher Secondary School, Gaibira, Subdega, Sundargarh Dt.
Plus Two College, Gaibira was started by the Society of the Divine Word in 1989 and later it was brought under The Divine Word Educational Society. It is a Plus Two school (college) educating the scheduled tribe children of Sundargarh district, who constitute 512 students. The school comes under the Council for Higher Secondary Education, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The school has boys’ and girls’ hostel meant for tribal students.
St. Lawrence School, Tentoloi
It was established by the Society of the Divine Word in 1986 and was given to The Divine Word Educational Society in the Financial Year 2006-07. This is also an ICSE school with more than 1563 students out of which 248 students belong to the scheduled caste, scheduled tribes and other weaker sections of the society. Good number of students from this school belongs to the poor families of the industrial belt and the school gives fee concession to many students.
St. Arnold’s Center of Excellence, (Hostel) Jhartarang
The Center of Excellence started in 2015 to cater to the educational needs of the poor tribals and dalits. Poor and bright students are taken to the Hostel with fee concession and are educated to give them a bright future. At present it has a strength of 25 students.
